Returns and cancellations
- Returns are accepted within 12 days of receipt for items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Contact us first to get a return authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without one are not processed.
- You pay return shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
- Cancel within 24 hours of ordering if your order has not yet been processed. After that, a $5 administration fee applies.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
